      Do not work for these people! Or rent from them ! They are EXTREMELY RUDE, HEARTLESS AND CRUEL!! I fully believe the office staff Chris and the Owner Andy are meant for each other. I don't know a single person as awful as those 2. What miserable life they have. Nobody no matter what deserves to be treated so awful or be told by the owner that as far as he's concerned that your dead to him. All they care about is MONEY!! One day it's gonna happen that they will get treated the way they treat their employees and tenants. I don't normally dislike very many people or not be able to forgive BUT these 2 by far are an EXCEPTION.

      ***** rented from us and was not a good tenant. She had numerous lease violations along with several unauthorized people living in her apt causing all sorts of issues in the building.

      Just not a good situation all around for all the other tenants in the building. She ended up being evicted and owes us money for unpaid rent and numerous apartment damages.
