      I have been living at their Place One Apartments property in building ****. Since move in (, literally day one I've been dealing with an extremely loud neighbor. I have sent them probably over 200 emails/calls, I have sent them at least 20 videos of the behavior, have notified them everytime police were called. I was told by ******** yesterday after it started again (after 8 months of this) that she would be willing to allow ME to apply (for $240) and move to another unit in another property but not until Sept. The noise maker stays. I find this unacceptable and to be honest Im going to start looking into legal action if this isn't stopped now. This neighbor has affect my health, sanity and cost me money, a lot of it. I have never had full use of my unit and often times am forced to vacate completely due to the noise. I feel like a prisoner to my lease. I do feel that my lease is and has always been in breach and have communicated that often. This person has had people harass me at my employer, she has stuck notes under our door, tried to confront me while waiting for a cab and I have made Goldmark aware of all these behaviors. At one point ******** threatened to evict her so this was the neighbors reaction to that. She was obviously told at some point who I was, where I lived and what I look like. She even goes to the length of hitting the roof if we walk around our apartment at all and has been doing so for many months. My entire unit seems to vibrate constantly, the floors always vibrating, heavy bass 24/7. I have never used one half of my apartment because the speakers are directly under my living room floor. My lease is over on October 31 and I am begging them to finally do something because I am fed up, beyond fed up and I do not want to pay for a lawyer but this is a unique and grotesque REPEATED violation. Fargo does have a 24/7 noise ordinance. This is our third time leaving something with the BBB. We only want the noise to stop.

      This apr T has been an nightmare, windows couldn't open, unless you take off screens and start them moving them. Trying to close them was really hard. Windows lrak like crazy, you can see through the window trim and window since they have separated and the maintenance apparently don't know how to go it right.I commented that the a/c wasn't working and the coming out it was blowing to the ceiling. He turned it on for less then a minute and said,"Yep it kicks I". And it didn't"Patio door doesn't seal place is hideous, carpets aren'wasn't cleaned or vacuumed before I moved in, no tell tale signs left behind!!I have been sick since I moved in here with respiratory issues and dizzy most my days.What a nightmare

      Please never consider living in a property owned by goldmark. It will be a nightmare from start to finish. Maintenance will never fix issues and management only cares about making a quick buck. In the 2 years Ive living on one of there properties the front door has never being locked (secure building) and weve had an ongoing issue with illegal activity. Please, I urge you to never get involved with goldmark, you will end up regretting it

      Do not expect a safety deposit back! They charged me 5 hours of cleaning for an efficiency that I cleaned and claimed it was their vendor and passed the charges to me. Do not rent here ever!

      In reviewing your account and the photos taken at move out, 5 hours of cleaning is a reasonable amount of time. The cupboards and vanity were full of crumbs, spills, hair and misc debris. The fridge has food spills inside and the outside was visibly covered in dirt. Several other items throughout the entire apartment were covered in a layer of grime. We are happy to share the pictures taken at move out which clearly show all of the areas that needed cleaning. Feel free to contact our corporate office with any questions or concerns.       I have been dealing with ledger issues since the day I moved into this apartment. They say I owe all this money and when I ask them for an explanation they can't give me one but yet they made me pay not once but three times now! I was told that this apartment was going to be cleaned and it was gross! I spent the first 3 days cleaning just so I could start moving my things in. ********* has not taken care of any of the requests I have put in either. Worst rental experience EVER!!

      ***************** is a complete and total loser.She has single handle ruined Gold Marks reputation in ********.She hires people to ruin you beating on your pipes all day and. Night I have been with out the use of my sinks and toilet for over 6 months.They blocked me.And right now their is still a homeless guy beating on my pipes snice Tuesday. ****'s boyfriend.

      Sunwood (gold mark ************************** Way below below freezing below temperature rating. Apartment not complete, moved in. They do not care about apt's and new potential residents. Everything is pretty much "only for certain residents will they make an exception for" They try to find anything to push buttons as soon as you move in to move out because their maintenance has not, will not complete. Nothing is limited,privacy enter your home as they stated. Yes they will take,touch your mail. Staff is worse than ********** & the three bears "anytime" They like tenants with clean background history but wait till you move in they will destroy you for the next landlord. Clean record , clean background, apt is spotless but they say they will find every reason to hold anything against so you will never be able to rent to the next landlord. They push, push tenants so once you have gotten tired of being pushed because they will not do their part as 'company" staff & the landlords will not do their part. Tenant move out guess what they make money off the tenants that move out who will not stay as a tenant, it is their staff that instigated, came up with assumptions. Supposedly it's legal for them to collect from tenants that(they gold mark ********************** pushed tenant to move) This is what gold mark ********************** does, makes money from tenants who are in debt, moved out due to gold mark **********************. ****** moved out because it is their staff that caused the situation, so gold mark ********************** places debt on tenant, now tenant owes. Nobody is asking why so many tenants have moved out, why so many tenants have moved into the same apt 's in a short amount of time. Revolving door. Their hope is that you will leave for the next tenant, the next tenant, on, on.Their maintenance will not fix they will ask you to leave! They will use tenants against you who do not follow rules. Now you're looking for a better landlord, better place to live but all the while Gold mark ********************** makes $$$ for every tenant th

      ***** a** I payed my rent with the ******19 money the government gave me, every last ***** went to paying rent. Now I'm ordered to pay almost $1,000 in late rent payments. Told them if they want any money besides my rent, told them to take me to court. My oven blew up, gave me a dirty, moldy, out of the dump ground. I have nothing to cook food with. I'm epilepsy, been having seizure episodes with Goldmark giving me stress, anxiety. My toilet is ready to fall through the floor,going on for 6years, dishwasher leaks. No maintenance, but they want more money..."F__OFF!!!

      DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company does not care about their tenants. I have lived at this property for 4 years now. The first year it had private owners. When Goldmark purchased this property, they raised the rent without any improvements. When I mad a list, (which they encouraged all tenants to do upon purchase), I was told my "list" would be handled within a few months. That was 3 years ago. I still have a window in my living room that will not close all the way, so I had to put weather stripping and duct tape on it to keep the wind from coming through so badly. When I told them what was going on with the window, I was told to close it from the outside, "push it closed". I am on the 2nd floor... so can't do that. Maintenance is a joke. From waiting for my water heater to finally be replaced, after them "fixing" it several times, and not having hot water, the apartment upstairs leaking for two days before anything was done and then they left the water stains on my ceiling, to not fixing my dishwasher, which I've never been able to use because it doesn't drain, they replaced the balconies, but I couldn't use it for an entire year and they would not deduct rent, though that was listed as a reason to rent from them, to two windows that are non-working, to now, my air conditioner has been out for 9 days, we are in a heat advisory (IT WAS 108 THIS PAST WEEK), and I cannot even stay at my apartment because the inside temp is over 90 with no air flow due to non-working windows. Also, no where to go for a storm shelter...I have a key to the "basement" but new tenets do not get one.. They don't care about you. They only care about money. There is NEVER anyone in the office and they DO NOT return phone calls unless you threaten to call an attorney. ADVISE: DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND RAISING PRICES FOR NOTHING!! FIND SOMEWHERE WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
