      Starting the home building process with them all started out just as youd picture building your dream home. Easy to work with, yes we can do that, no problem, etc. As soon as you sign the purchase agreement is where it all changes. We finally moved into our home on 05/22, 7 months after our original close date of 09/21. They claim, worker shortages, material availability, and everything else you can think of. Our home would sit empty for months on end with no progress. We would stop at the construction site periodically to check progress only to find something was wrong, multiple framing issues, floor heaving because of not heating the slab in the winter, shingles ripping off the roof. This experience was an absolute nightmare. We would ask one person at the company a question and be directed to someone else who would have to talk to someone else to get us an answer. ************************* is the most degrading business owner in the ********************** area. He would talk down to us every chance he had. If you can build with any other home builder in the area I would strongly suggest it. Avoid Designer Homes at all cost.
