    I hired this company to remove my roof and correct a mold issue. Thorsteinson said my mold issue was because the attic wasn't vented correct and I asked them to correct the venting issue which involved removing roof and remove the mold from the attic (because of the design of the roof the attic is less than a foot high so you cannot clean the mold with the roof on). Since then I tried to sell my house and the attic is significantly worse for the mold concern. I contacted the company and the owner was initially nice and said they would take a look at it. 2 weeks latter I heard nothing back so I followed up with the owner about my roof because I'm on a timeline for selling the house.I was met with hostility and told we did nothing wrong we aren't doing anything for you. All I asked at this point was for you to look at it, I have a mold issue it needs to be fixed maybe it's related to your work maybe it's a completely new issue. The owner kept telling me it's not our fault we aren't covering anything and we aren't even mold certified so we would never do that job anyway. Well you did do the job and you were suppose to clean the mold out of the attic that's why I hired you. The owner ended the call with "you can contact my insurance company and try to get them to cover it but good luck"I found another contractor that looked at the roof and found the attic hatch was leaking hot air into the attic. Thorsteinson did "replace" this attic access and they replaced it by laying a sheet of drywall on it and calling it a day. I was told any good contractor should know better but I guess this is what I get for getting a lower bidder, cut corners and repeat failures.
