    Our experience with this company has been nothing but disappointing. We were told the job would take 4-6 weeks it took 6 months. Our cabinets were painted incorrectly multiple times and needed to be redone due to incorrect measurements. Our new countertop has a crack and a chip, the countertop also needed to be cut again due to incorrect measurements. They charged for things they didnt do, they added charges to the final bill when we disputed it. They disregarded our concerns and refused to do a final walk through. They took our trim from our home without our permission and refused to return it until we paid a bill that per our contract should not have been issued as none of the projects were completed. They left a countertop and drawer cover not installed and did not communicate this with us which could have resulted in injury to our child. They would give us 30 minute notices when people would be coming over to work which resulted in damage to our belongings since we would not have time to move everything (since it would be weeks between them coming back to finish their work) even though we specifically asked for advanced notice since we had a newborn, a 6 year old, and 3 dogs we also had to plan for. They double charged for things, they pushed us into signing contracts and told us that they would adjust the things they didnt do on the final bill which they did not, and the list goes on. We have sent very detailed emails to them through this entire process and have all their responses saved. Our family has been stressed and living in a mess since April 2023. They have not acknowledged or taken ownership of their mistakes and talk to us as if we signed up for this and we are unreasonable. We also have many pictures to show the poor work they have done. We are disputing the final bill (which is less than their contracting fee) and they are threatening to put a lean on our home.
