      I am extremely dissatisfied with Ascensus' handling of IRA ************** On two separate occasions, I mailed the required forms, and in both instances, it took over 30 days to receive any response. Each time, I had to proactively call to get updates and resolve the issues. This pattern indicates significant flaws in their processing system and a lack of proactive communication. Such delays are unacceptable, especially when dealing with sensitive financial matters. Ascensus needs to address these systemic issues promptly.
