      My friend and I purchased pans and other things at the home show in ******* two weeks ago but have not received anything yet. They were very expensive. Getting in contact with anyone is very difficult. My friend did not even get a receipt.

      I order pans from a *********, I was supposed to get the 8", 10 and 11 inch fry pan. I tried contacting them via phone, they are always out. Their website is horrible, it only caters to existing customers. Finally sent an email, someone finally answered, I had to return incorrect pan, they would send me the right pay. Received package today, and it's the wrong pan again. Tried calling and usual they are not in. Worst customer service I have ever seen

      DO NOT ORDER COOKWEAR FROM THIS COMPANY it's not a scam, but it is false advertisement and they are impossible to get in consistent contact with! Ordered eurocast cookware from this company at our Military base because they were having some sort of special for the soldiers, on their sign it says lifetime warranty, but WHEN/IF you receive the cookware there is a form in the box that outlines their Lifetime REPLACEMENT program, where you pay 50% of whatever it is being advertised as in *********** Then when you go to ******************** site it states you have to register the product within 2 weeks of purchase with a code provided by the seller...just like the rest of my shipment, I never received one. Do yourself a favor and just buy pots and pans directly from brand.

      Not worth the money. They claim this are non stick which is not true. I try to contact the company for replacement since it claims to have a lifetime warranty but they never answer.

      ****************** are worthless. Pans stick & peel. Can't get ahold of anyone. I have made multie attempts to contact. Will not respond via phone or email. Would not recommend.

      Horrible customer service. I purchased Eurocast Cookware at the LA County Fair for shipment to my home. I still haven't received it. Tried calling phone numbers, numbers disconnected. Sent emails with no response. Can't reach anyone to obtain status. I want my pots!!!*******
