    Quality of repair was very good. The customer service / communication was horrific! 86 days from green light on repair to completion. In fairness, there was a 6 week wait for parts due to auto strike. That was expected. The remaining time was a disorganized cluster! The adjusters ( 2 of them) dropped the ball at least twice adding weeks to the repair time. The owner does seems to care and realizes that they have some staffing concerns. In summary, the repair looks great however the customer service part is awful. I should have listened to the other reviews with the same concern. I will not repeat and can not recommend this repair shop unless they do a complete 180 on servicing their customers.

    They overcharge. They scam! They will do things to people's cars without asking them then try and charge them. (If u didn't get approval from your client, u can't just fix something that *** or *** not need it.Someone went in to air done and they had 1.1lbs added and they charged them for 2lbs. 300 for an alignment. Screws over their employees!Also owner makes his employees do his personal stuff all the time then tells them they are not meeting their output quota. It's bs.
