    Noridian just sent a notice to patients of ***************** in **********, ID that theyve had a disruption to our external print and mail services. They failed to send a ******** Summary Notice from a date of service of April 25, 2024. Thats 5 months ago! What punitive action has been taken for this failure? Why had St Lukes not fired them? Is this a result of incompetence? There must be consequences. Noridian is not accredited for a reason! Why does ******** do business with scumbags like Noridian?

    As you may or may not be aware, Change Healthcare had a security breach in February.  This breach caused problems for anyone who used their services, which included print and mail of Standard Paper Remittance Advice for providers and ******** Summary Notices (MSN) for beneficiaries.

    During this time Noridian made the decision to move our print and mail operations to a new service provider which has caused a delay in getting MSNs sent out. The mailings resumed the middle of August, although it may time to work through the backlog.  We did have an alert on our website which also provides some history. *******************************************************************************************************************************************

    If interested, ******** does offer an electronic ******** Summary notice and information can be found here at ****************************************; The electronic version is offered monthly compared to every three months for a paper MSN.

    I had the worst customer service experience today with one of their associates. Not only she didn't know why my application ( I am a provider) was rejected but also she was rude. Her name is ******** and the call reference number is *******. From the moment she picked up the phone she was rude and incompetent. I called back to resolve my issue with another gal who was courteous Call Number ******* and was able to tell me what the issue was and why the application was closed, interestingly it wasn't any of the reasons that ******** was mentioned. If people do have the skill to deal with costumers the shouldn't be in that position. She should get a job where she doesn't deal with people.

    As a sole behavioral health provider, I would not recommend signing up with them. They won't allow you to bill directly, you have to go through some outside ****** that is impossible to reach. Their website is impossible and their customer service is sometimes rude and gives out conflicting information. It's a total time **** so figure anytime something goes wrong, you will spend as much time trying to solve the issue as you did for every client session that it happened with. Moreover, they keep changing their billing codes so it's different than every other insurance panel.
