      They were supposed to call me back over a month ago to pursue a supposed 47k debt. Haven't gotten the letter yet, but supposedly they're taking me to small claims court suddenly, which you can't even do for that much. Extremely sketchy and they won't talk to you and they act odd and hostile when you ask for proof of bills.

      In active bankruptcy and this company still continues to call me when I told them on the phone in June that I would file. And then the federal court mailed them a court order of an automatic stay and that they are not allowed to contact me and they continue to call and try to collect funds. Contempt of court will be reporting it to the courthouse.

      Their phone number is flagged as Spam on my phone. I never answered these flagged calls until one day, I wasn't paying attention and answered one. Then, I learned it was a collection agency. After dealing with everything, I told them their phone number came up as spam, and the agent said point blank, "Yeah, there's nothing we can do about that." Getting people to avoid their calls and get interest applied without proper notification is pretty sneaky. By the way, we had moved, and some of our mail hadn't been forwarded, so we had no way of knowing. This is such a crock!!! It's a total scam!!!

      Our agent has been horrid and terrible. No voicemails left to instruct us of collections- and one letter stating they are going to attempt to take us to court over bills that appeared from prior to 2019. This business is awful and of any collections agency Ive dealt with theyve been the rudest.

      I was contacted by a ****, at first he was nice and then his demeaner changed once I started asking questions about my account, I asked for a itemized list of what I owe, he would not provide the information. He started to bully me into paying the bill which I offered to pay at least 100 a month and he kept saying if I do not pay this they will file small claims lawsuit. I kept telling him I can pay 100 a month and he gotten upset and said come on now you can pay more. they wanted me to pay 390 a month. I told him I had bill to pay and groceries, **** said they do not take those into consideration. He also mentioned he can go low as 250 nothing lower and his supervisor would not approve of it being lower. He also asked me to borrow from family, my 401k and even said to let my landlord know I be missing a month's rent and also to see if I can skip a car payment. I did offer to make payments but on what I can afford and he was not having it. I also told him that he is not supposed to be bullying or making threats for me to pay.

      They called asking for my dad that passed away. I'm executor of his estate. I told them that he had passed and they wouldn't tell me what they were calling about and pretty much hung up on me. There has been no collections on my dads account that I have been managing since his passing.

      This company has corrupt practices and is extremely hard to deal with. They are quick to file court papers and God forbid you do it wrong they win and start garnishments against you. They need to be stopped and no one is doing a **** thing about them!
