    I purchased a total of around $7564 in black locust and sassafras lumber from Robi Decking with an invoice date of 2 Aug 2024. Included in that order were 8x100 pcs of black locust plugs (their item "ACCRBLPLG") with a line item total of $199.92. In this complaint, I am only disputing the $199.92 that is expected as a refund now that I have returned the unused item by *****On 3 Jul 2024, when discussing and revising the quote with Robi Decking, I asked specifically if I could over-buy the plugs and then return any full packages that were not needed and they replied in writing that they could take back the plugs. The implication here was certainly that they could be returned for a refund and there is no other language in their ****************** that explicitly says they will not issue refunds.On 6 Nov 2024 I mailed back the plugs in a small box via **** and I got confirmation with the tracking that these were delivered to Robi on 8 Nov 2024.Since that time, I have written Robi Decking repeatedly to ask when/how the refund will be processed and they are avoiding the issue, and seemingly refusing to issue the refund. Today (25 Nov 2024) **** at Robi Decking called me and, among some disrespectful and patronizing comments, said that they were not going to issue me a refund because I have caused them problems and also said that they never agreed to give me a refund (since in his mind "yes we'll take them back" doesn't explicitly mean "we'll take them back and issue you a refund").Robi Decking is therefore not acting in good faith. They should have told me up front that they do not accept returns if they did not intend to refund the item.
