I would highly recommend to any and everyone who purchases a used truck to include National Truck protection I am an owner operator we have been going through a very hard recession for the past 2 years it has been nearly impossible to save money thank God I'm still working, if not for National Truck protection I may have had to go out of business.. Very unprofessional. No sense of urgency. ****** *****, The adjuster for my claim seems too busy to communicate with me and does not care at all. Even after 5 calls I couldnt get him to call me back or even email to help with my situation. Its feels like the customer is the least of his concern. For 2 injectors, Im told management has to review my claim. Already 3 days and counting for a job that can be done in one day. I will do my best to let everyone of my truckers friends know about the ridiculous and careless service *** is offering.Review fromLaMonte L

My experience was great. The warranty served it's purpose. No complaints. No issues. All my issues were with the Dealer where truck was purchased and the shop that did the work... no problem with the warranty.National Truck Protection Co., Inc.

We understand how frustrating this situation may be and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our decision.After thoroughly reviewing your *************** Contract and the details submitted for your claim, we determined that the *** portion of the repair is not covered under the contract. The *** failure resulted from pass-through seals allowing oil to travel down the harness and enter the ***, causing failure due to contamination. Since the *** is an electrical component highly sensitive to moisture and fluids, this type of failure falls outside the coverage parameters of the *********** outlined in your *************** Contract under Section III: General Provisions Coverages and Covered Components, *** coverage does not extend to failures caused by contamination, wiring harness issues, or any related electrical system malfunction.However, we want to reassure you that we have approved the other repairs that are covered under your *************** Contract. Also, we appreciate the time you took to speak with management on February 13, 2025, regarding this matter.
