  Problems -The office is unresponsive to messages by phone (24 + hours) -Pain management - unresponsive, for example I had an appointment later in the day and I asked if I could come early to leave a urine sample because I suspected I had a UtI. I was told no, could not leave a urine test early in the day so I went to urgent care and got medication for a UTI. When I arrived at the practice later in the day they expressed irritation that I went to urgent care. The nurse appeared somewhat hostile/irritated that I went to urgent care and I said they told me I had a UTI. She sighed, had a look of frustration on her face and disputed the VS on the screen. She said “you don't have a UTI.” Later during the visit she conceded that I did have a UTI. -There was a severe lack of detail about medication and how to use it. -They failed to call in medication they said they would call in. -I overheard a heated argument in the recovery room about whether I should stay overnight. They then asked me, still very heavily sedated, if I wanted to stay overnight. I said yes. -I was told I would have antibiotic packing overnight, however it was hastily taken out after the heated argument in the recovery room. -At first follow up visit on, a staff person came to the lobby and said we didn't really “have” to see the Dr since I went to urgent care for a UTI that morning, that they usually didn't do a follow up this early. I explained they had scheduled the appointment and that I had questions for the surgeon. -I found the staff to be critical, hostile, unfriendly, and disorganized.
