    I was in a total loss of vehicle accident last Thursday during rush hour, 5:30pm. I called Southside and they were on the scene within 15 minutes. Took pictures for me and towed the van to their yard. Explained the whole insurance process to me, to make sure the insurance company didn't take advantage of me or try to short change me. Very professional!

    I just wanted to say thank you for the very timely response this morning to my 2 day flat tire issue. After waiting 5 hours with AAA, your team was on it and arrived in less than 30 minutes from my initial call. Austin was extremely friendly and amazingly helpful in not only towing the car, but making sure I had fuel, and making contact with the tire store to get my tire replaced in a timely fashion. I appreciate his help and friendliness - after last night with AAA issues, he was a fresh ray of hope. Austin is greatly APPRECIATED!
