I highly recommend ****** and cannot thank him enough for helping with my fire ant problem as they really took over my yard. My dogs, fiance, or myself could not go outside without me having to get a couple ants off and they were relentless. In the process as well we were able to find a termite mud tube and he was able to identify they had not made it deep into my house and the ants were even in the tube.

My German ***** problem was eliminated within a week or so of meeting and working with ******. Excellent job; couldn't recommend him more. Super responsive, communicative, flexible, professional, kind, and he does his job well. If I ever have another issue, I'm going straight to him. 10/10 recommended.1 Pest Solution, LLC

My husband and I had what we thought was a wasp nest forming or already formed under our grill cover that we discovered while cleaning up the yard to have people over this weekend. With it being a weekend, so many places were closed but ****** called me back right away and came out this morning to check it out and make sure everything was okay before our guests arrived! Super grateful for him, will be calling him for any future needs and recommending him to all our family and friends!!Review fromKimberly V

I hired this man for a commercial account and told him that the business had a problem with flies. He told me no worries he can handle it. Then I let him know that when the warm weather came back the flies were overflowing our restaurant that he had 4 months to be prepared for and when I told him he said its not his responsibility for the upkeep on my building when he never even help me to know things for me to do on my part. I hired another company and he helped me more on the first day than this guy did in 4 months. Not to mention he would send a message stating he would come on a certain day and then never show up. I cancelled my services and he charged my businesses 980.00$ each for canceling. He also on his last service in the attempt to help kill the flies he sprayed all of my floors in the restaurant and the floor was slippery and a customer almost fell the next day. He double charged both locations for my last service in which I decided to change. If I could give 0 I would he scammed us.1 Pest Solution, LLC

***,I can't fix your fly issues if you don't clean the grease off the walls, floors, exhaust fans and drains. I was very clear on what needed to be buttoned up before you opened the doors to the restaurant so you wouldn't have a fly issue. You did a partial job fixing stuff that my autistic 11 year old could have fixed better. In the process of treating your fly issues the grease seamed to just get worse when you literally have plates and plates of cooked bacon just sitting out all day in the kitchen for flies to land on an lay there eggs for your customers to consume. I warned you about leaving food out, yet nothing was done. I went above and beyond for you, even coming out on Sundays to treat because it was the only day you didn't have open. You are absolutely right I charged you the early termination fees for your houses but not your restaurant because I felt like, ok me not coming out everyday like you wanted I'll give you that and not charge you. I installed 2 crawlspace vents on your home for free because you have mouse issues all over the inside of your home and I wanted to solve the problem so I didn't charge you for that nor did I charge you to seal up under the siding either. I felt bad for your elderly mother having to live with rat p*** The only scam is you and your nasty restaurants. You are the first person in 2 years of business I have ever charged a cancelation fee too. That should tell you something. I even offered to credit your homes the fees you were charged so you could finish out your agreement but you didn't want to do that either.If you would like to see copies of the service agreements you signed I would be more than happy to send them to you again. I did everything you asked and MUCH, MUCH more. Hope things get better for you.Review fromKim B.

Highly recommended!! I'm very happy that I found 1 Pest Solution. I had a terrible rodent infestation and the owner called me back within minutes of my inquiry. He discussed my concerns, and then came out the very next day to do a full inspection of my home. I will probably always have issues with rodents living where I do but I feel confident having a company such as 1 Pest Solution to take that concern off of me.1 Pest Solution, LLC

I recently had the opportunity to have this business complete a home inspection. It was extremely thorough, and treated very professionally with the inspector going above and beyond to complete the job and even to the extent of providing extra services at no additonal cost.
