First offI am a woman. I took my car to Flow BMW in August of 2024 because my air conditioner stop working, almost 2 weeks and $11,000 later I picked my car up after they replaced things includingthe water pump and made recommendations for things that had absolutely nothing to do with the reason I took the car there. I know without a doubt it was not $11,000 worth of work but warranty covered most which they knew so I gladly paid my part and took my car thinking all was good until February 5, 2025, less than 5 months after they were paid $11,000, my engine overheated on the highway and all the coolant leaked out. The car was towed back to Flow. **** *******, service director, banking on me being stupid, attempted to convince me that the new issue had nothing to do with the previous issue to no avail. They replaced the **** water pump, what reputable mechanic would replace a water pump without replacing the thermostat, which is what had to be replaced this time. THEY ALLOWED A WOMAN TO TAKE THE CAR FROM THER SHOP FOUR MONTHS AGO WITH A NEW WATER PUMP AND THE ORIGINAL THERMOSTAT EVEN THOUGH THE THERMOSTAT HAD THE SAME LIFE AS THE WATER PUMP THAT THEY REPLACED. They knew the car would be back shortly hence another very large payment from the warranty company. Never mind the fact that it inconvenienced me. VERY SHADY!!! Women and those who know nothing about cars I dont recommend them but if you mustthey see you comingdo your homework first. I am definitely taking this up with my warranty company and allowing them to know that they got scammed.Flow Automotive Companies

Our General Manager spoke to the customer on 2/7/25 to address her concerns. We would never try to take advantage of a customer. We tried to explain to the customer multiple times the new concern with the vehicle was the oil filter housing needed to be replaced and we did not need to replace the vehicle's electric thermostat because it did not fail. Our technician provided the customer with a video to show the repairs that were necessary on the vehicle. We contacted the customer's extended warranty ********************** who approved the repairs. As an act of goodwill, we paid the customer's deductible and she picked up the vehicle.Review fromNick T

2013 Jetta TDI was taken in for a diagnostic after home repairs did not resolve the matter. The car, according to the code reader, had bad Glow Plugs. Four new glow plugs were purchased at **********. These plugs were changed at home. The car still had issues therefore we took it in to this dealership. The dealership found a vacuum line at the turbo disconnected and then claimed that the car requires OEM glow plugs. We were quoted just under $1000 to replace the glow plugs with OEM. We declined this service and only had them do the vacuum line. Glow plugs are extremely easy to replace. You just have to be careful and ensure you torgue them correctly and that they are placed in on the threads properly. Our plan was to remove the new Glow Plugs we got from ********* and purchase new OEM plugs. However, we still had the original plugs we pulled out. Since the ones from ********** were, according to this dealership, not good for the car, we decided to remove them and put the old plugs back in so we could get a refund of the $414.00 from ********* for the plugs. We noticed as we removed the plugs one by one that they seemed very worn and old. This is impossible since 3 weeks earlier we had put these plugs in. Then when we got to cylinder 4 the plug was cross threaded. I later learned that it was the threads filled with burnt oil,etc.. We received confirmation on 12-11-24 that they did in fact remove the plugs during inspection. Upon going to return the plugs to ********** they found that the parts had ** on the side of the plug. This was impossible since the brand was Standard. They weren't OEM plugs purchased. When they removed the plugs for inspection they put some old plugs they had around the shop and kept the new plugs. We thought it was stripped as we couldn't change it out. They did clean the threads and put the old part back in. Buyer beware. This dealership practices parts swapping and does subpar work at best.Flow Automotive Companies

We did a full investigation and reviewed hours of video on behalf of the customer's vehicle. We would never try to take advantage of a customer. We thoroughly investigate any customer's feedback concerning theft as we pride ourselves by managing a high end group of German automobiles. We follow stringent guidelines and service procedures based on the manufacturer's reputation with integrity. The vehicle was monitored from the time it arrived and pulled into the shop. Video footage is available upon request. At no point did the technician ever remove cylinders 2,3,or 4 as he was able to confirm with the ** scan tool code given on Cylinder 1. The technician also noticed that the boost hose was not attached. The technician then recommended glow plugs, boost hose reattachment, along with tires, alignment, and other items found during his Multi Point Inspection. The customer approved the boost hose reattachment and declined all the other recommendations. The customer stated that he had just recently replaced the glow plugs with factory ** glow plugs. We performed the approved work and the customer paid and picked up his vehicle. The customer emailed us on 12/11/24 stating the vehicle was being towed back to us because the glow plug in Cylinder 4 had come out. The customer accused us of swapping out his glow plugs. At this point, the service manager pulled plugs 1, 2 and 3 to inspect them. Please see attached. The Glow Plug #4 was already out when the vehicle arrived. The service manager reviewed the production dates from the plugs on the vehicle and on the pictures provided to us by the customer. The pictures were of 3 original factory ** glow plugs and 1 replaced updated factory ** glow plug. The customer stated that he was only able to return 3 of the 4 due to #4 cylinder being stuck because it is cross-threaded (yes, this is a contradictory statement). We contacted ********** to verify that they did provide a full refund for plugs that were just returned, that did not match what the customer had originally purchased from them. In summary, we only removed Cylinder 1 and checked ohms, fault codes and reinstalled it. We never removed any other glow plugs. We tightened the boost hose and checked the car over but never installed new or different parts on the vehicle during its visit.Review fromRanisha M

Flow ***** agreed to do oil consumption test: the vehicle make & model has issues w/high oil consumption resulting in Potential Turbo Failure, Supercharger Failure, Catalytic Converter, Failure along with pistons, rings replacement causing carbon build up,high engine pressure.(informed by former *************** ************ I did not purchase from Flow *****. Spoke with supervisor and provided a goodwill code to get the oil consumption test done. This was a fight as well yet everyone remained professional and courteous. Oil test was not done, discovered an oil leak first. Car needed vacuum reseal. Vacuum reseal done funny smell gone I assumed the vehicle was SAFE. The check engine light came back on w/ 72 hours I returned vehicle attempting to speak with supervisor. Car was due back to get the oil test done yet my asthmatic child kept coughing due to the reoccurring ********* the vehicle needs a turbo reseal. All related to high oil consumption. I was told by the service manager- that the loaner I was driving was SOLD and I needed to return to pick up my vehicle. I was told that it was safe to drive my vehicle and the oil that had leaked had been wiped up. Also, they could NOT provide me another loaner while in negotiations to finish fixing the issue. I requested a supervisor nearly all day long after no call back or email communication over 72 hours.(they promise 48) The representatives were snickering. Driving I risk loss of power. Oil leak = possibility of running out of oil. If leaking into the turbo itself there could be significant smoke causing catalyst issues If leaking externally & gets on hot exhaust in extreme situations it could lead to fire. I have small children. Im Terrified to drive the car: my main concern is safety! Supervisor documented she contacted me via ************** I received no communication. She documented told Customer to take it back to the *** bought it from. They are now aware of manufacturer oil Issues & directed Me to *****.Flow Automotive Companies

Our Service Manager spoke to the customer to clarify her concerns. The customer's concerns were directly with a ******************* representative, not the dealership. The customer declined the dealer's recommendations to repair the vehicle and her extended warranty company and the manufacturer declined any additional coverage. This dealership has the WORST service department of any I have ever used. I purchased my car new from this dealership in January, 2020. After terrible experiences in the past, I agreed to try them again this morning after receiving many emails, texts and phone calls from them. They offered me a service for a synthetic oil change/filter, tire rotation, multi point inspection and to top off fluids. The representative scheduled my appointment. A minute later I called back and had her read off again what the offer included and to send me the coupon. On arrival at the service ****** I told the service advisor that I had a coupon and told them what I was told it included. He said he didn't need to see it. I waited in the customer area for an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment. I went to check on my car and they had just started to work on it. I asked how much longer it would be for the tire rotation, etc. and was told the coupon was only for an oil change and didn't include the other things! After showing my disappointment they hurried along and rotated the tires. When driving away I discovered they had put my next oil reminder sticker for ****** miles above today's odometer reading, instead of the recommended 5000 miles! I will NEVER be dumb enough to do business with this dealership again.Flow Automotive Companies

My wife and I traded intothe21 ****** Murano/Rogue. Hers was the Murano and mine the rogue. Both vehicle all the bells and whistles. In 2023 we traded again and upgrade to the Platinum Murano for her and the Rogue for me. Well from the start the management team at ***************** at *********** screwed the pooch on this one. First of all, we wanted all the coverage on both vehicles as we had before, glass, paint etc, and the two-year service plan. They used my wife excellent credit to finance my car at a lower rate and put her name on the registration and she had to take my credit rating for ger car which was only average, and it boosted her payment higher. Then when Ii went into the dealership for I thought was my first oil change for the 2-year warranty program, I found out I didn't have it a plan at all and neither did the wife. I contacted the district manager for this area, and he was going to reimburse me for the oil change. About a month ago my wife receives a call from customer service *** that I had two free oil changes coming but I have made several attempts to contact them to get a proper answer. I will not us Flow ****** or any Flow dealerships in the Future. I will be moving my business to Modern ****** in *******, they are 10 minutes away compared to 40 minutes out of my way. very disappointed in the way my wife and I were treated that day!!!Flow Automotive Companies

I bought this *** under another dealership with a contract to receive free inspections as long as I own the vehicle Also, the oil changes that was part of my package was not honored by *** when they took over I dont understand if youre buying the paperwork or the business of consumers that you would not honor their current contract. Very disappointed and may consider taking business elsewhere.Flow Automotive Companies

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. As an act of courtesy, we will honor the free inspections for the life of the vehicle. To clarify, the customer did not purchase a maintenance agreement as she thought, resulting in our decision to decline free oil changes.Review fromTom W

Our Sales Manager left a voice message for the customer on 7/5/24 to discuss his concerns but our phone call has not been returned yet. We apologize for any inconvenience and we would like the opportunity to revisit the test drive. It is our understanding that the customer was planning to test drive two or three different vehicles but when the customer returned from the first test drive, he left.Review fromMicah R

I didn't want to do a review because this happened over 7 months ago, but we were talking about dealerships that fabricate about things. I bought a 2022 frontier 4x4 SV from *********** of ***********. Received my last free oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off, multipoint inspec. When I got home I noticed they didn't rotate my tires, top off my fluids. I had no proof. My next service, I put a silver marker dot on my front tires and fluid levels. I also took a video of doing it. After my service was performed, I signed the receipt stating all was done. I went to my parked truck and noticed my tires were not rotated and my fluids were not topped off. I went back in and told the manager. She asked me, " How do I know"? I showed her the video and she went to find out. The excuse was that two technicians were working on my vehicle and the one person thought the other person did it and vice versa. They offered me a free service but how can you trust *********** of ************ They might damage my vehicle for payback. No manager, regional manager, or high executive got in touch with me. It was a 36mth lease that I paid off early. My frontier started making noises and idling rough. I turned it in 11mths early.Flow Automotive Companies

Our management team immediately apologized for the oversight and addressed the customer's concerns during the service visit. There was poor communication between the dispatcher and the technician doing the work resulting in the oversight. We addressed how this concern was handled internally and resolved the issue by completing the missed work and offered the customer a refund, which was declined. We also offered the customer to receive the next service complimentary for the inconvenience, including an oil change, tire rotation and brake flush which was acceptable.Review fromGregory C

Purchased a new vehicle and wasn't signed up for add-ons during the contract process that I wasn't aware of. I was shown one add-on for gap insurance which I questioned and the sales manager went through a short answer. I declined that add-on. He then didn't go over any other add-ons during the contract process. I then signed paper work that is electronic form. The one with add-ons I signed that had the gap insurance I believed was to decline the offer but it was additionally also accepting a bunch of other add-ons that we never even disused. Very shady process and confusing because of how fast they go. I will NEVER do business with this company again. There's no reason I would want any of the add-ons because I don't live near or even in the same state where I would have to use any of these useless things. I recommend that you do your business elsewhere or at the least make sure that you make them explain every form you are provided on the electronic forms. This was a very expensive vehicle and the added cost was in the thousands. I'm also a disabled veteran and limited on income. Stuck with a bunch of useless services I'll never use.Flow Automotive Companies

The manger named ************************* he works at ************************ in ************* was pressuring me to go through Honda Finance Company when I had already be approved with another bank. He was very persistent about me doing over the phone for I know almost 7 min and I continued to tell him no I was not interested in doing that. Then he say he will email me a bill of sale which he did but put Honda ******************* as Lein which was incorrect and then the bank called him the day I was coming to get my SUV and he wasn't in the office to talk to about the problem so another manger named **** corrected the issue but by this time I. had decided not to the vehicle THAT I WANTED. This young man should never try and pressure anyone to anything. I now have to car shop again knowing that I won't find that beautiful Silver Honda Pilot like that one. Very poor customer service on this sales manger part. Everyone else was great. I just hate that the man that was helping me missed out on a great sale.******************Flow Automotive Companies
