    I'm not sure who **** is, but she is not a good look for your company. Absolutely unprofessional, unorthodox and nosey person! Decided to message my personal phone number out of the blue without any type of permission wanting to know why I hadn't continued my spay application from a few WEEKS prior, I decided to ignore her ridiculous message but she continued to send more telling me why it was dangerous for me not to have pugs spayed. Lol, I have been rescuing pugs for yearsss and I have FOUR, so I promise I know more than even you. And you have no idea nor is it ANY of your business why I did not continue my application, she tried to claim my card was denied but that is false because I cancelled out of the process before submitting anything personal or further. She was being nosey. Not to mention IT IS 10PM!!!
