  I could not be more disappointed in this company!! First the worker told me that he was going to have to "damage/bend" my fence to be able to get to my septic tank. He then began to say he was going to my tank "uncovered" so I would know where my septic is located. I told him that I would prefer him cover it up since I have dogs and I will be able to see where the fresh dirt had been dug. He then said that, "my husband" could put the dirt back for me. I told him I did not have a husband. He then proceeded to say, "well as pretty as you sound on the phone, you must have a boyfriend?!" I again said, "no I do not." He then asked me "do I even like men?!" I was mortified!!! What kind of company asks these questions to a customer?! He then wanted me to meet him at my house for payment and I told him I was told that I could call the next day to pay. At this point I'm afraid to go home while he is still there because he has tried to hit on me and I sat in a parking lot for 1 hour waiting for him to leave my house, watching him on my cameras. I then called and complained to ******* and she apologized and I asked to speak with the owner. When the owner finally did call me, he stated that, "he doesn't mean any harm and his mouth gets ahead of him." This is your response?! This is NOT okay. Very unprofessional. Just because he's from the "south"? Well so am I and I would never say that to someone, and a customer at that. I have been a sexual assault victim in the past and this brought up so much PTSD for me and the company didn't even lower the price after this all happened. I will never be using their services again since they have clearly have no remorse for what that worker said to me and mentally put me through. Find another company that won't "damage" your fence and will be respectable to you!!
  

  Hardee's Septic Tank Service

  I do not condone my employee's personal comments and he has been reprimanded. As far as the fence goes, one end of the septic tank was on one side of the fence and the other on the other side of the fence. The access on the inside of the fence (the primary end of the tank) was inaccessible without going over the fence or under it. There is no gate on that side of the house. Going over the fence would definitely damage it, so a pathway was dug under the fence to get the hose on the other side of the fence. I went out to inspect the fence, thinking there was a lot of damage from the way she talked but ;there was no more than a couple of wires bent a little in a couple of the links. My son went out to try and straighten them.
