      I do not recommend this company. They try to overcharge, they dont show up when they say. I myself had to open my own pool this year a female that took a hour to pull the pool cover off and get it wrapped up all by myself. Clean the pool and get it up and running, when the company had already been paid to do so. When they did show up they didnt do anything to the pool but add some chlorine. It still needed to have the walls scrubbed and the bottom hand vacuumed, when I try to vacuum it myself the water gets murky and stirs everything up. It is **** and I havent even been able to get in the actual pool and enjoy it. They should be checking the pool once a week at minimum and they have spent maybe 15 minutes total. They charge you for things that you dont need and there is zero communication. I will be finding a new pool company and asking for my money back. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had. Not to mention my brother in law uses the same company for his pool and they dont show up and do the work for his pool the way they are supposed to either. Do not use JC pools!
