The owner is incredibly rude to women. He is very combative and has a hard time listening actively. He is emotionally charged and will assert authority at any given time. They have a horrible reputation around town.

I have moved into a luxury apt complex for the amenities and to be closer to my business.and for when family visits they have somewhere to stay.i parked in the same space for 3 months with valid handicap placket in my window that I don't remove for any reason In both vehicle own.woke up to my car being towed.went to leasing office they said nobody called for your vehicle to be towed.but here is the number.I call ask if y'all have my vehicle they said yes.I said well you need to bring my vehicle back there was a placket in the window that I have since 2020 cause of medical reasons.they said well you need to come in.I than jumped in a Uber prayed before I got there cause I knew the devil was at work.went I. Very calm and compliant! Than I saw them show someone else a picture of there vehicle so I asked well let me see a pick of my Range Rover without the placket in the window they got very rude and made me wait for quite awhile to rerurn with a picture that you can not visibly see anything in the window.I said ok I will just take y'all to court. Than they blocked me from seeing that they had me blocked in and the hitch was extended and down by trying to record me so when I tried to leave the property my range got stuck in the hitch and messed up the side of my truck and rims had me call the police they than got impatient with him ****** the owner and placed the handcuffs on him until he moved his truck to let me leave the proteins is the worst company I the world and I would not recommend any development to use there services if they value there Tenants my complex immediately canceled any towing by them affective immediately and sent me and apology letter the next day I will see them in court.and they sued my insurance company said I hit a parked car wow I was very disappointed in aaa and now am looking for a ew insurance company as well haft to stand behind your customers.every Dog has its day or should I say lizard cuss They are just that a lizard smh

On 4/27/2023 when I arrived home late there were no spaces in the parking lot except for one handicap space (there are no handicap residents in my building). Having no other option I pull in the handicap space. Thinking it would be ok its late and I leave at 6am every morning anyway. Wrong! Lizard Lick towing towed my vehicle at 12:30 am on 4/28/2023. I understand why it was towed I did in fact park in a handicap space. Upon calling lizard lick towing I was made aware that their offices do not open until 9am and I would be required to pay a $270.00 dollar fee $45 of that fee for storage and $25 for fuel. Why am I responsible for their fuel charge and a storage fee when theyve had my vehicle less than 24 hours? I contact the leasing manager to make them aware of their not being adequate parking to which there was no accountability. I was told that even employees who are also residents have experienced the same issue and unfortunately would have to park far away from their residence (in a different lot) and walk home. They also mentioned that they are trying to get rid of cars in the neighborhood that arent running but taking up spots. How is any of that my problem? The leasing manager refused to do anything about the predatory fees the towing company charges. They are likely getting kickback which is also illegal. When I reached back out to Lizard Lick not only was I met with extremely harsh customer by the receptionist and the owner I was told I could only make my payment in cash. No debit or credit cards could be used. Lizard Lick made this experience extremely difficult for me which absolutely is predatory, outrageous $270 fees, cash only, terrible customer service. Regency Park made the experience no better showing zero compassion for their resident left with no other option than to park in the only available space.
