"After 3 different emails sent to the company with no reply, I called the contact us phone number on the web page to try to resolve the issue, were the FJ40 Brake upgrade kit had a faulty design damaging the rotors, when I was transferred to this rude gentleman, believe to be the owner as he never introduced himself. The entire conversation was extremely rude with biased opinions from the gentleman accusing me of conducting the wrong installation and stomping his foot on having a better opinion of the facts since he is a graduated engineer." ...
