I went to get a new metal zipper on my hoodie. I showed him what I wanted was a new metal zipper and I brought in another hoodie and pointing out the entire metal zipper. He said yes and then took my money and I'd get it in 2 weeks. I went back and I had a new metal pull but the zipper was the original plastic. I asked about the metal zipper and he said i get a metal pull and that I knew that. I disagreed so he took the metal pull off and gave me my money back. Now I have a jacket without a pull so it is useless. I asked for a different pull so my jacket was usable and he said get out and went to the back of the store and ignored me. So rude. No one should go to him for any reason!!!!

I went to Lees Taylor shop two weeks ago to have a 2 suits and slacks altered. We were told that the total which included two suit coats and two slacks, hemming cuffs on both suit coats and taking up both suit coats because I have lost 25 pounds. We were initially quoted $189.00. We decided not to have the work done on the second coat. The owner did his calculations on the back of a work slip. When he did his recalculations, it was unclear to my wife and I if he had reduced the price by the amount of the charge for the work we decided not to have done. The cost was to be $134.00 Today when I went to pick up the work I politely asked the owner to recalculate the cost of the work done as we thought it was too much, He refused. While it is possible that he was correct, his refusal leads me to question his integrity. When calculating the cost originally, he stated a cost for the cuffs etc. So, if he claims the cost is $134.00, he should be willing to substantiate his cost.
