      I gave Gladwell orthodontics one star, because there was not an option to leave zero stars. This office has grown their business beyond the capacity to effectively manage, and an accommodate, existing clients. In my experience, they have sacrificed the customer experience for financial gain. They have lost sight of the fact that their clients are paying individuals, who are helping keep their business alive, and consider patients to be merely a piece in their financially-driven puzzle.
