I had Foothills crawl space to come out to look at my crawl space to see what was going on with it they told me that it was to hot under my house causing my hvac to sweat and that I would need a full encapsulation. I had the guy to call me I asked additional questions to make sure. So I had to pay $1995 to schedule an appointment to get it fixed. In between the time waiting on the appointment the builder that built my house came out to look at it an that wasnt what was wrong my hvac drain line was clogged so he had the guy that installed the hvac system to come out to fix it. I emailed *********************** a told him what was going on and I didnt need a full encapsulation. An I needed a refund he told me he couldnt give me a refund because I had two day after I paid the deposit to get a refund. So Ive called the office several times to talk to someone and left voicemails and no one will return my calls.

Foothills Crawlspace inspected the home of ************ on June 22nd. Our technicians found elevated moisture levels throughout the crawlspace - With nearly 20 years of service throughout ********************** and Western **************, it's not uncommon to find moisture vapors condensing on cooler surfaces in a crawlspace. Foothills Crawlspace is not HVAC company, nor do we inspect or offer advice about HVAC equipment. A contract with the terms of service was emailed to the homeowner for review. The job was scheduled and then at the request of the homeowner, the date was moved a week because she wanted to find out if the builder would help pay for repairs. Although our terms are clearly stated on the contract, we've offered a couple options for the homeowner to offset the deposit that was paid.
