Prompt and honest through the entire process. The insurance company seemed like they were trying to confuse me at every step but the folks at rapid always broke it down into something I could actually understand. When issues came up during the job they addressed every single one to my satisfaction. Would definitely use again!

I explained to the disaster specialist that I was only financially able to pay my deductible towards repairs and that his repair estimate must not exceed the insurance allowable repair amount, which includes my deductible. I added if his company is not willing to accept this, he should not do an estimate; I would find another contractor. The specialist proceeded to do the estimate, stating that his company would work with my insurance to negotiate the repair cost, and my deductible would be the only out-of-pocket expense. He also mentioned that if I did not use his company, I would have to pay for the time it took to create his estimate. I emailed the insurance settled claim amount; spoke to the specialist, he stated, We can do it for that. At no time did he inform negotiations failed. On the day of repairs, the work crew supervisor stated he is to collect the full companys estimate for repairs. I informed that the specialist agreed to do repairs at the insurance allowable amount. He called to verify; he confirmed repairs shall be done at the insurance allowable amount and asked for payment in full. I informed I would pay the insurance shared amount and pay the balance, my deductible, when repairs were done. If the company did not want to do repairs for less, they should have refused the job, asked me to pay the estimate prep fee and moved on. When the repairs were almost done, the company attempted an underhanded tactic to bully me into paying their full estimated amount by threatening not to finish the repairs. So, I paid my deductible minus deductible expenses. Issues: no show-no call, incorrect materials, repair fumbles, delays, tasks billed/not done. I treated and spoke to their employees with respect. The company made up an excuse and a falsehood to describe my behavior as belligerent, claiming that returning to correct their repair deficiencies was unsafe. Company lacks integrity, professionalism in leadership; has poor work ethics and customer service.
