    I've been using Gilleys for Engine repairs for years, after my dad used him 30 years ago when I was a kid. Everything I've ever needed repaired was addressed, Owner knows his engines well, priced fairly, & it always works well when he can get to it. I know he stays very busy because he is well known by locals in the area. I've only ever had one motor in the last 2 decades, a chainsaw, that he stripped down and told me the carburetor was blown and he couldn't fix it, he didn't charge me and I told him to keep it for parts. I think there are a lot of what would be positive review missing, because people are only going to come here to this website to complain. I came here because I got a new phone and lost his number & was very surprised to see a low rating. I had to add my two cents.

    Gilley's is a small shop and sometimes gets a little overwhelmed with the work load. But everything I've gotten repaired there has worked well. They've been honest with me when something I brought in wasn't worth fixing. A different shop would just throw parts and labor at it until you could have bought a new one. Not Gilley's. As long as they keep treating me this way, I'll keep going back.
