    Mr. ****** came and inspected our home for the new home buyers. After the report came back, we found that Mr. ****** basically lied about some of the issues that our home had. He stated that a toilet ran constantly, a tub faucet would not shut off, said that our fire place would not work (the gas was actually just turned off), and called the county to "ask a question" about our septic while giving them our full adress, knowing that this would report any issues we had with our septic. He lied to the realtor and told her that he didn't report our septic issue, just had some questions. Well, pretty sure that when you are giving the address of the home, a report was being made. The county rep came out and actually said that if the buyers were ok with it, it could have been repaired. A repair would have saved us $4,000. I would never go with this inspector. He falsifies information to make the report look good on his part. Also, he was also at our house long after the stated time. My husband works from home and this was a huge inconvenience. Maybe all inspectors are like this, I don't know, but we only have experience with this one.
