Do not use Stealth Renovations Ricky *********. My senior citizen mom contacted him from yellow pages to replace windows in a very solid single wide. I can't tell you how many things went wrong but here are the high points.*Never came to give an estimate or had her sign anything, only over phone. She asked for written estimate and work order. He said he would get it but never did *He never came to the job site to measure window openings but relied on previous measurements from someone else for measurements *Got her debit card number for deposit on the window order ( now he had her debit info to charge labor) but had her call window company (window company was legit) so she would be responsible for window size problems.*Said he was delivering windows on a particular day but the laborer actually started work that day by cutting the window out from home to gain access to the house since mom was not there. Since she was not aware work would begin so no prep had been done and my daughter's bedroom was covered in sawdust from the worker cutting out the window. Came home that night to plywood boarded up the hole. Still asking for estimate in writing and he would not provide *Worker cut wall studs and window frame completely and did not reframe new window damaging structural integrity of wall. Window and wall was literally movable by touch. *Worker covered outside weep holes with trim blocking water drainage or allowing drainage to go into wall. *Worker cut the vinyl exterior that was not coverable and had to order vinyl to replace *Worker did not cut anything square and measurements were wrong *He cut measurements on trim outside wrong by an inch on one area which worker cut a piece to patch it in and tried to caulk it in- on poly wood! *J trim had small 2 inch pieces patched not full pieces and was not square so would allow water penetration ********** would not come to the site to see work and discuss a resolution. He claimed damage was because of rotten woo
