    **** and ***** at TCS are always just a phone call away. And I call all the time! They literally know my voice by now! They are both always very responsive to our office's needs, and we are a very demanding legal practice with many very specific needs. Our attorney has a direct line to ****, and he answers every time! There hasn't been a single time that they haven't been able to tackle the technical problems we have with our computers or network system, from simple sign in issues to a complete system crash!!! We're indebted to them tremendously!

    My laptop was a mess, ultra slow. they cleaned it out and replaced a board plus installed windows 11. Explained what they did when I picked it up. Very very pleased with **** and Staff. Thanks !!!

    Total Computer Solutions did a great job resolving my issue with my computer. They were professional, friendly and helpful. The work was accomplished in a timely manner, I dropped my computer off on a Thursday and was able to pick it up on Monday. I would recommend them to solve your computer problems and if I have any computer issues - I will return. The price was fair

    TCS staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The work was performed in a very reasonable time, I was provided with updates, and the price for services was very reasonable. In the future, I will definitely be going to TCS for all my computer needs.

    Very impressed with knowledgeable, friendly staff. When I brought my laptop in, they clearly explained what the problem was and showed me how they determined the problem. While I was there, two other customers came in with quick questions that were answered promptly. Great customer service with a very professional staff.
