    I dont know where to begin other than to say, without Marks professionalism, his compassion, guidance, and patience, I would not have been able to emotionally maneuver the sale of my moms house. Many think that selling a parents home is just a real estate transaction and getting rid of its contents just an estate sale or if theyre hoarders, just bring a huge dumpster to the driveway and just throw it all away... sure.. but its still a very emotional and traumatic journey for many of us. **** was very very respectful and gave me the confidence and reassurance every step of the way that this was all going to turn out ok. With my permission, he also arranged to have members of his church come to load up vans of goodies that could be used by those in need. I know Im not being very eloquent here but Im speaking from the heart. **** and his team did an awesome job and showed that they really cared about their clients. Were not just another transaction. The best part is that I found out later that we both share the same birthdays! Happy almost birthday ****! Thank you again for the 5 star customer service! ******
