Ha Ha Ha Haaaa, this couldn't happen to no bigger TOOL. Seems like his management style has followed him from his last job. Love the one where ***** is kicking him out. All I got to say is everything he's got coming, he deserves!Review fromTara P

If zero was an option, that would be it. We needed floors removed in the basement and a half bath added. They wanted 2/3 up front, which we paid. After that, it was like being ghosted by an ex. It took 6 months to "finish" the project. In the process, they broke a working sump pump, which caused the basement to flood twice after the new sheetrock was in place. They didn't replace the damaged sheet rock. Then a new pipe started leaking, so they had to come back to seal it. Then, upon the first flush of the new toilet, the pipes inside the walls burst apart (never sealed correctly) and we had another flood. She sent our calls straight to voicemail after repeated text pictures of the issue. If you need a home repair that will cause even more home repairs, then use them. Otherwise, you'd be better off doing it yourself watching youtube videos.Review fromChuck D

This should be a no star review since they basically did no work. We hired this company to remodel a bathroom. Said it would take two weeks. After a significant down payment and three months I found out they had not paid any of the subcontractors (tile, electric or plumbing) even though they agreed to per the subcontractor’s terms. They would show up a day or two per week (if they actually showed up that week) around 9 am, eat breakfast in the driveway till 10 am and leave early afternoon beat the traffic home. Some days vendors would show up and we had no notice they were coming. Ben was never there to manage the site and I frequently had to do his job and instruct the subs. or his crew on what to do. Don’t waste your time or money with this company…Review fromMark H

I've had this company do multiple installations in our home over the last year. They are terrific. We had our bathroom vanity removed and replaced followed by our kitchen cabinets. Once the cabinets arrived they were in and out in just a couple of days each time. We had them back again this week to change the front and back doors on our house. The work looks great. When the old door came out there was some rotted wood that had to be replaced. They didn't charge us anything extra. We will definitely refer them to our neighbors and friends.Review fromRegina H

I ordered a patio door from Lowe's, to be installed by, Service First Installations. They were prompt at measuring, but when it came time for installation, they were a no show. No one answers when you call, you can only leave a message, which I did. I even contacted Lowe's, whom could not get a hold of anyone either, but they said they e-mailed them. Lowe's said to call back a little later, if they didn't show up or call. Well, they never showed or called. So I called Lowe's back, and they said I could wait till Monday, (and this was Friday), to see if I hear anything, or call back then. I told her, at this point, I'm ready to cancel the whole order. So she transfers me back to the store, and after repeating my story to customer service, they transfer me back to, I guess was installation service dept. A different person answered. After explaining my situation, the gentleman saw my complaint in their system. After putting me on hold, he said he was just informed, Lowe's released, Service First Installations, at 5:00 P.M., the day before. They would no longer be working for Lowe's. I told him I wished someone would have contacted me right away. I removed curtains, removed items from my deck, and moved furniture in my house, to clear way for the installation. And on top of that, wasted a whole day waiting, with no phone calls from Service First or Lowe's. We will see what happens, when and if Lowe's calls me on Tuesday, as they told me they want to rectify this situation. Hopefully, someone will see this review before considering using Service First Installations.Review fromReginald B

I purchased a front entry door from Lowes that was to be installed. The installers had to come do a measurement to make sure that the size door chosen would fit. These 2 "Experienced" technicians measured the door to be custom made BACKWARDS! when the installers went to pick it up from the store the hinge and lock openings were on the wrong side. They had to reorder the door to be made the right way. 5 months later when the door arrives they have trouble with the installation as I have an old house that they were not ready for. When it came to installing the deadbolt door locks they missed the mark and tried to make it work. I should not have to use hip action to lock a brand new door under any circumstances. I will NEVER ever again use or recommend Lowes Home Improvement Services to anyone. Service First Installations are the worst as their customer service is practically non-existent. Calls go un answered with no guarantee that they will call you back in a timely manner. If and when there is a next time I'll go to Home Depot or any where else but Lowes.Review fromLarry T

I bought Lowe's windows and they were improperly installed by an incompetent Service First Installer (he said he had not done a window for a long time). An inspection of his work was scheduled two weeks later and the inspector looked at his work and in about 30 seconds determined all the windows had to come out and be reinstalled. He said the work would take him about half a day. The Service First Baltimore office has stonewalled and delayed since that time, not responding to calls or emails from me or Lowe's Installation Support. After about ten calls to Lowe's Installation Support the case was escallated to the Regional Manager level. Today I finally received a call from Service First to schedule a date to have the work finally completed--a full two months after the inspection determined the windows needed to be removed and reinstalled. This whole episode has been made into a nightmare because of the stonewalling resistance of the local Baltimore Service First Manager. Hopefully they will actually show up and do the work on the scheduled day. The Baltimore office of Service First is anything but "service first." No matter how good the Lowe's product is, never buy anything there that is to be installed by Service First. No excuse for this business model of greed and deception.Review fromKateena H

If there was a rate of -75 I would have chosen that option. But unfortunately I had to choose aleast 1 star to leave a review. I hope that I able to help as much people as I can, so they don't have go through the horrific experience I have with Service First Installations. There corporate address of 2949 Mizpah Church Rd, Rural Hall, NC . I purchased my door with Lowes and was told that Service First Installations that work with Lowes to install their customers doors would complete my installation. Their work came to our home 5/4/22 took pictures said I would get a call from Lowes 2 bussines day never got a call. We called Lowes 5/9/22 making them aware we were told by Services First Installations the Lowes would call us back to complete our front door installation that wasn't installed correctly and is incomplete. Lowes provide Service First installations has not placed any notes or pictures. I am setting a work order you will get a call from Service First Installations "Will" is the contractor. We got no call 5/11/, we call Lowes on 5/16 because Service First at doesnt answer they only give option to leave a voice-mail, was the contract will call you in 2 buss day. Service First set a appt 5/26 doesn't show , 6/2 doesn't show, 6/3 we were told Lowes didn't have the supplies we would get a call in 2 buss days. I call Lowes 6/7 the place another work order for Service First to reschedule a appt to complete our door install. Never in my 44 years of life have I experienced a company that gets paid for the job and constantly don't show up and provide constantly empty promise for services they have all ready been paid for. I am so disgusted with the experience I pray no one ever has to do bussines with Service First installations they are jot reliable. I fell like I pretty much gave my money to charity because it wasn't for service.
