"The business is terrible he denied me getting my items from a car he towed the first day I came to pick up my plates and items out of the car, he wants to take advantage of me by saying to bring him the title of the car even though we havent made a agreement about the car and he wasnt present at his business during the business hours to retrieve our items the second time we came"
