BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! ALSO BE AWARE OF Log Home Repair and *********** Services. They are both owned by the same people. ***** and *********************** from *************. As in the review below, they took our money and did not complete the job! They: - Received funds from us to purchase materials that they never provided - Significantly underestimated the costs of aspects of the job to make the contracted price appear less than actual costs - Consistently made excuses for why work was not completed - After months of no activity on the job site, stopped any and all communication - Agreed through mediation through Better Business Bureau of ** to "discuss a resolution" did not return calls, texts, emails to have any discussion.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES OR THESE PEOPLE!!!!

***BE AWARE! Pricing scam. They underestimated all the pricing and the end of the day, the bank would only pay what it would cost and I was required to pay the builders. Hence, they would get paid twice. I pulled the plug fast before we went bankrupt and lost all my saving for this home. They kept my ****** and I have nothing. Not to be trusted. There were dishonest about the pricing. I also did their research since they were taking their time to do any work. They lead us to believe they would work with us and they were out to get as much out of me. The bank loan was set and pricing was allocated to each phase but the builder provided triple the price which meant I would have to the pay the cost beyond what the bank and builder agreed the item would cost. A home that would be about $430 would end up costing us over $700. We paid the deposit with the understanding of the contract and understand it may be a little more but not triple the amount. We were just beginning and already it was costing us money above what the bank and contractor submitted it would cost. If they have done this for years, they should have a good idea what things cost to subcontract the work. Not a honest company.
