"We imported for this customer for years clearing cargo and handling their imports. Then the last shipment, their sellers' documentation caused a customs inspection in *****, costing thousands of dollars, and instead of paying the amount due, this company closed their LLC and created a new LLC after promising multiple times that they would pay us for the charges that were created by the improper documentation and information that was on their Commercial Invoice and Packing list." ...
