      My neighbor is a licensed **** contractor and diagnosed our outside heating unit. It needs one small part. Newcomb which uses Carrier won't sell you the part. They have to come out and diagnose it. My neighbor could have installed it for free. Don't use Carrier going forward. They have control over your unit and you can't get parts for it yourself.
