  Disappointed and ************ do you "forget" a client who has paid the required deposit; not have enough contractors to do the job and then can't even provide the correct amount for 'balance due' on the invoice.

  Very very impressed with our entire experience from start to finish with Socaz Painting. First, ********************* came out to walk through our home and discuss our specific needs. He was very thorough, asked a lot of questions and took measurements. It was then ***************************' turn, who helped to manage the projects; scheduling power washers and painters from beginning to end. Finally the incredible painters, *****************************, *******************, and *********************** showed up. They were on time, extremely courteous and meticulous in their execution. Thanks again for jobs well done!!!

  I have extremely high standards and can without reservation recommend Socaz Painting with the highest compliments. We've had consistently positive experiences and professional, quality work the three times we have used them over the past 11 years. We won't use anyone else and will be having them paint our exterior next year. Socaz Painting is an excellent value and the company is extremely well-run with attention to all the details that make for a stellar customer experience.

  First class customer service and careful attention to detail certainly must be the hallmarks of Socaz Painting. Due diligence had been done before I chose Socaz to paint my home. While this company definitely earned their 5-star rating, I am, nevertheless, taking 5-star credit for having chosen them!!

  Each aspect of this project went flawlessly, a solid estimate, quality products, talented professional staff on the job, and for me - worry free. IMHO, this company has pride in their service and they know their commitment to deliver takes and eye to detail. I'm 5 star happy with this company.
  Besides meeting my expected excellent outcome, there are two reasons why I gave it 5 star:
  1. The carpenter was meticulous in his work. And when I walked around my home, I did not find on the ground any nails that were removed during the deconstruction phase or used in the rebuild phase.
  2. I wanted a job done so fine that a neighbor would positively remark about my finished home. It was unanimous...best looking house on the block, raising everyone's property value.
  This is my honest and true opinion.
