      I understand why Crossroads INFINITI is not a BBB business. Feb 26th, '24, I purchased a preowned 2015 **** Q5 from them after trusting they had performed a thorough inspection. Shame on me. I was wrong.Long story short, on Feb. 28th, just 80 miles after pur****** more than one issue arose: a side lane assist error, the brakes felt loose and made noises, and the check engine/oil light came on.Took pictures and immediately sent them to my sales person. He asked us to bring it back. INFINITI mentioned they did not have Specific equipment to inspect an **** thoroughly so they took it [literally] nextdoor to the **** dealership to **************** dealership found severe oil consumption issue, and the brake pads were installed incorrectly. Initial estimated repairs were over 35% of car with oil consumption issue creeping costs into well over 50%. Crossroads then took it to a small 3rd party garage they have a relationship with, for a 2nd opinion. THEY felt everything was "within tolerance levels". Infiniti then told us they would just dust off the brakes and for us to add oil as ********* cut to the ****** we were repeatedly dismissed by Crossroads INFINITI, but they did agree to work us out of that car. They offered us less than what we paid but only by trading it in. The next 10 cars WE asked them about, they had no wiggle room in the price and we would need to give them another $8k, $10k or $12k. We finally just quit. We watched those same cars not sell quickly only to see Crossroads Infiniti drop the prices of said cars on their website.Flash forward to late Nov. 2024, roughly 6k miles later and having to add oil every 230 miles. Engine is dead. Costs are now $12,863.11 for bandage repair or $17k+ to replace engine. I paid $12,750 cash and now both repair options are over 100% of the cost of the car.I've addressed this, again, with them and the only response was, "I'm sorry this happened to you." I'm out my cash and my car and I need to buy another car.
