    2 positives and 3 negatives.I attempted to place an order through my churches account online but found that our tax exempt information had expired. I have ordered from them previously so I followed the instructions and placed the order. When the order shipped, I tracked it but found that the company automatically changed the shipping address. It was Friday and the business was closed. I emailed the company and called on Monday. The representative did not guarantee that she could correct the address as she could see that a separate account had been created by them when I submitted my tax exempt information. She said she would do her best and offered the worse case scenario as well. ***** and ****** of ******* services responded to my email sent asking to have the address updated, stating that "there is nothing we can do because it has shipped already" and "once it ships we can't change the address". I received the package at my home- the correct address. I called today to speak to a supervisor- *****- who did not listen at all. He spent 5 minutes stating the wrong information instead of listening to me. I explained the situation and he was confused by himself. He asked me for dates of the order and items- he should have had them in front of him you would think? He spent 7 minutes reviewing my account- that only has the one order and concluded that the package was delivered to the wrong address. He did not listen, was not supportive, and wasted 20 minutes of my time doing nothing. I have never received such poor service from a company in all my years and a church company at that. This was horrible customer service and I want to share it with everyone to double check and triple check your addresses before you order because they will change them without letting you know and you may end up with someone who doesn't know their job and gives you misinformation or maybe they will just waste your time like ***** did for me today. Poor service. I would write him up if I could
