    My husband and I purchased a computer for our 2010 **** Edge on March 30, 2025. We paid ****** for this computer my card was charged immediately. They asked for the vin number and said the computer would be programmed for our vehicle. We weee contacted and told they were having trouble finding one but they would and it would be shipped out soon or we could mail them ours and they would fix it. When we contacted them and were going to mail them ours they said one was located and it would be shipped out soon. We got the computer on April 17, 2025. We had a certified mechanic place in our vehicle, but it did not work. We had no lights no radio in the car would not crank. We contacted them about the situation and they said to mail the computer back and we would get a full refund. The computer was mailed back. We mailed the computer back on April *******. They received it on April *******. I got a notification from my credit card on May 10, 2025 that ****** was added back to my card. When I asked why ****** was kept I was refunded to a link and when I read it I came up with way less that they should have been able to keep. It said 25% so I contacted them again asking for a explanation all my emails have been ignored. This place is a rip off. They take your money before the product is shipped and dont want to help you if it has to be returned. I am just asking that more of my money is returned because this is not right. I tried to handle it before I did this but they wont even answer the phone when we have called them this is my last resort. I dont want someone else falling for there screem.

    i own a automotive business purchased a *** took three weeks to get open the box a the pines were bent called them they made a note of it i sent my factory *** to they to repair and the one i order its been 2 1/2 months and still no ecm or a refund buyers beware of this company

    We placed an order for an ECM module on 3/17/25 for our broken down van. Shipment quoted at 3-5 Business Days. On 3/25/25 we inquired and were told it was in Testing/Repairs to wait another ***** hours. We waited, called againand again were told it was still in Testing/Repairs and to wait another ***** Hours. We called again - We were told it would ship out 3/31/25. It did not ship. We finally cancelled the order 4/1/25 - 2 weeks later.Our Credit card was charged $308.95 upon placing the order. They said to wait 7-10 Business Days for a refund. (I work in accounting-it does not take 7-10 days to process a credit card refund). After waiting the 7-10 days, and sending several emails requesting the status, we were told "I do apologize about the delay. I will resubmit your account for a refund. Give it a few more days".On 4/16/25, a full month after our order was placed, I filed a claim with my credit card company in order to get the money back. I cannot say whether this company actually provides parts, or if they have found a way to bring in interest free income and then draw out the process of not shipping goods until one cancels the order and then not issue a refund until they are forced to. Either way, I would encourage anyone out there considering doing business with this compay to find someone else to supply your needs and save yourself the time and energy. We needed our van fixed and didn't have extra funds to utilize while waiting for Car Computer Exchange to decide to fulfill their obligation to us, their customer. We contacted another online company and within 3 days we had the new programmed ECM Module and the van was back up and running.

    Beware ! I sent in a PCM for repair it was returned with the same problem. After contacting them sent it back to try again it was returned to me as "non-repairable" along with the message "This update has also been sent to our billing department for refund processing". After waiting 2weeks and no refund I again contacted them and was told the refund was denied. I started a claim with ****** which was also denied because there was a tracking number that showed that I received the **** So they got me for $318.95.

    Let me preference this review by saying I am a professional mechanic. I have been in business for over 20 years and I have dealt withnumerous companies in the past as far as car, electronics and rebuilt PCMs. This company by far is the absolute worst that I have ever seen dealt with in my 20+ years of business. This company will take your money from you for the new part in 15 seconds but if anything happens and you need a refund then only communicate by email and they will not under any circumstances. Send you your money back in less than 11 days. I dont know how its to do business this way. If I lived anywhere close to **************, I would go to their office and knock on their door. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and findone of the other reputable companies out there that does this every day.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with, NEVER EVER USE THIS RIPOFF SCAMMING COMPANY, the first pcm they sent for my truck was bad, I called them back and they said send it back, so I used the return label they sent for the core return, they sent me another pcm that wasnt from my year or model truck, I installed it and made it about 50 miles before my truck just shut off, so I called and was told to return it, I asked for a shipping label to return it and they bluntly said no as I had already used the label they sent for the core return to send the bad one back they sent me, so I asked for a refund, they said they will refund me when I send the second bad pcm back, I told the guy as they sent me two bad pcm,s they should at least send me a shipping label, again the guy got funny with me talking over me and refusing to even listen to what I had to say, so I got sharp back at him, so he ignored me and hung up the phone, I HAVE SINCE READ THAT THEY DONT LIKE GIVING FULL REFUNDS, PEOPLE ONLY GET BACK HALF IF THEY ARE LUCKY. I have read that they also say they never got the unit back so they keep your $300+ ********** NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE.SOMEONE SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN.

    ************************** programmed and sent out my computer(PCM) quickly. They will want your old computer(core) back and they provide a shipping label at no cost. I was able to get the computer installed(self installed) had a locksmith cut and reprogrammed the keys and I am now back to driving my car. Just be aware there might be some steps for your car you have to take once you get the computer installed. I had to get my keys chips reprogrammed and cut to fit my car. Im also having a tune up by a mobile mechanic done on it to make sure nothing happens to my new( refurbished)computer. I Highly recommended car ********************************************** especially it you want your car back on the road.2008 **** Mustang Gt.

    Very unprofessional business practices. Ordered product didn't work sent back to them three times to fix it with no avail. Finally ask for a refund then get the refund in my bank account no explanation of refund or breakdown of refund and it was only half of what I spent. Is this how they make money by scamming people for half refunds? Very bad business

    ***************. Ordered a PCM. They waited over 60 days and sent me a faulty PCM that did not work. Then said I couldnot return it due to it being 60 days past the purchase date.

    I purchased a *** for my jeep from this company. Cost $418.95. They shipped me a *** after i gave them all the information they asked for. They shipped me a PCM and my jeep immediately threw codes P1296 and would not start. I shipped the *** back to them and they shipped me (probably the same PCM) another PCM with same results. I had enough and told them i want my money back. I emailed them pictures of the equipment readings and i sent hard copies with the ***** They refunded 1/2 my money and claimed their return policy for justification to keep my other 1/2. They got to keep their faulty equipment and my money. No worries they will send this same PCM to you under false pretenses. If you want to deal with a crooked company then deal with the CARCOMPUTEREXCHANGE. They will provide zero service and keep your money.
