"When I visited this hotel there was a man who suggested I do not stay there because they found a huge water bug in their room and there children were terrified. I asked if I could see my room before I stayed and the employee and I went into the room and we both saw a bug at the bed frame and she told me she was going to take a picture of it to show her boss and for me to dispute it with her boss." ...
