    Dr. ***** ******* is a serious narcisdtic QUAKE. On October 5th, I visited Triangle Neurology for help with my left side pain and all Dr. ******* was insulted me and belittle my pain because I had on nail polish. She stated that I was not sick since I a pedicure and manicure. I tried to explain to her that I had it done 2 weeks ago before my pain started. She insisted it was fresh polish as she was also a manicurist. She recorded a lot of lies in my medical records and omitted important information and refuse to correct it. In the medical records, she only stated that I was upset because she said I had a beautiful manicure and pedicure and omitted the fact that she said I wasn't sick. She also told a lie that I went to a beautician shop for 3 hours. I do my nail polish at home and it never take 3 hours. She made a dumb assumption about me because evidently that is what she do. She talked about herself a lot in my medical records. She also stated that telling her she was wrong was more abusive than her statement. She is not allowed to use nail polish as diagnosis just because she couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. She stooped on a level of an idiot when she said I was not sick due to nail polish. She needs to ADD a statement stating she said I was not sick. She need to change her lie that I agreed that I stayed in a beautician shop for 3 hours. She needs to change the statement that her wrong doing was less abusive. She needs to take out the statement that she stand behind her patients because she definitely do not stand behind her black patients. Falsifying medical records, omitting important information, using opinions, using speculations, using assumptions , and using blame is a federal offense and can lead to imprisonment. SHE IS BREAKING THE LAW AND DESERVE SOME PRISON TIME!
