    After having the fence for one year, we needed someone to come out and increase the strength because our cattle dog kept breaking through. They charged us $180 for the visit! Turns out they charge a maintenance fee of $300/year or $180/ visit if anything goes wrong after a year. What a rip off! **************** hasnt been helpful and we feel this is a deceptive business practice since this wasnt disclosed when we bought the fence, but only after we had it for a year. Heads up! Also, I wish I had known that an underground fence like this makes the yard smaller for your dogs as they are timid about going out anywhere near the edge. In the end, I wish we had just put the money we spent on invisible fence towards an actual fence.

    Invisible fence came out to fix a rupture they previously had worked on. They said they would not charge me as it was related to the original rupture. They gave me a bill anyway and said I don't have to pay but they wont come out again until I pay. I think that is wrong and dangerous. If a company misleads and admits it , they have no right to keep a bill outstanding.
