  This company is fantastic! The entire process was full of excellent customer service. From the initial consultations, to discussing options, answer all questions patiently and thoroughly, and giving practical advice and guidance which included advising against paying for something we didn't need. If that wasn't enough, they are very competitively priced and beat the competition by a good margin. Then as a final step, they come back out and make sure you are 100% satisfied with all aspects of the work and process.

  From start to finish, the process for encapsulating our crawlspace was excellent. All our questions were answered by Triangle Radiant Barrier's staff at every level. We appreciate the attention to detail by everyone at Triangle Radiant Barrier, from initial explanation of what would be needed for this project to the final quality assurance check after installation was complete. The professionals who worked diligently to encapsulate our crawlspace and install the dehumidifier were excellent at their jobs and provided updates throughout the process and at the end of each day. Triangle Radiant Barrier employees take pride in their work and it shows. This crawlspace encapsulation is a great improvement for our home and is completely worth the investment.

  This is one of the best small investment that I made. The air in our crawlspace, smelled organic or musty. The neighborhood and home is two years new, before that, this was a tobacco field for about 100 years. The encapsulation services rendered fixed the issue. Never once did they try to oversell if anything, they are an advocate of not having the homeowner make unnecessary repairs or payments.

  This is a great cmpany run by conscietious, honest, and thorough professional staff. They don't want your payment until their management physically inspects the work performed. Not a member of the installation team, mind you, but a manager who comes later after the crew has left. There is no cutting corners. I strongly recommend them for their quality and also cost.

  Outstanding work and outstanding employees! For readers out there who have long-term headache pain and allergies and the quality of life you have had to give up because of the headache pain, you will understand the true value of this statement: I have not had a headache since this work was done on our home three weeks ago, I have my life back, thank you Triangle Radiant Barrier. This company is outstanding. They are well-versed in the proper sealing of a crawl space. They do a thorough investigation, explain findings, communicate what is going to happen, why, and when very well with customers and with each other, and they enjoy the work they do. For years I have been living with terrible headaches. I have not had a headache since Triangle Radiant Barrier completed their work, there are no words to express my gratitude, thank you.
