  I use Thermo Direct for my maintenance of my hvac system. I have been using them for years now, and I plan on using them for many years to come. Whenever I have needed service, they were there either the same day or in the next 24 hrs of my call. They are super responsive and this is something I truly value in a company. I recommend them to all my family and friends. The techs are awesome and knowledgeable and the customer service team is so friendly.

  I've been a loyal customer of ********************** for years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. When I moved I could transfer my maintenance service and had them inspect the installation for any issues. They promptly identified several problems and provided a thorough, itemized report via email.

  DO NOT USE THERMO DIRECT. I purchased a new 1.5 ton unit for my upstairs office less than a year ago. When my unit stopped working I called them to fix the problem. They told me that it was not under warranty because the motherboard in my furnace has a short which causes the ** not to work and they want to charge me $500. I explained to the ** that when I bought the ** the salesperson did not tell me that the furnace could cause the ** to fail. I also mentioned that they had to come out a second day when installing because they had a problem with the electricity. The ** told me it would be $200 just for the motherboard. I told her that I would pay for the motherboard but that the company should pay for the labor since the unit is new and I was not told that they would not be installing a motherboard for the **. They told me I should have also purchased a new furnace and they do not accept responsibility.
