    I am writing to address an issue with an unauthorized filter shipment that I recently received from FilterEasy. Previously, I informed the company that I wanted my orders paused until I personally requested a restart. However, despite my instructions, I received a notification stating that my payment method could not be processed. Given that I did not provide updated payment information, I was surprised to find that an order had been processed and shipped using my updated credit card details.Since I did not authorize this transaction, I believe I should be able to return the unwanted filters and receive a refund for the $43.00 charge. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Please provide instructions on how I can return the shipment at no cost and ensure that future unauthorized transactions do not occur.I look forward to your response and a swift resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I am sorry to say that I can no longer recommend Filter Easy. For the record, they have changed names twice now. They used to be Filter Easy, then changed to Second Nature, and have now changed back to Filter Easy. I have been a customer since they were called ********************** the first time. Today I woke up to find a charge form them on my credit card that was not expected. I have had a filter that I get 2x per year for several years from them. Apparently, the "new" Filter Easy only does 3 month subscriptions. But rather than tell customers that, they just changed the frequency and charge their customers without any warning. When I opened a case with them I received no response after waiting 7 hours. When I called I got told that "it says our response time is 24 hours" (it does not say this anywhere), and that "I don't know how you were getting it every 6 months when our minimum is every 3 months". So now they have lost my business and I will no longer recommend them. Its a shame, because the "old" Filter Easy used to actually be something I recommended frequently to people. Also, they used to be a better value, but now you can by name brand filters for less than they charge for their filters.

    I would stay away from this business. I placed an order for four A/C Filters and submitted an order with the exact measurements and size. I will shipped the wrong size filters, and immediately requested a refund. After waiting a week for a reply I submitted dispute with my credit card company. After three weeks, I finally received a reply from Filter Easy. I informed them of the issue a second time, and requested a full refund as stated in their policy. Filter easy replied back denying a refund stating the following:We truly apologize for any inconvenience. Once your order processes and ships we are unable to issue a refund or accept returns. As our main expense is shipping, it is simply not economical. If you need a different size or if you are moving, we'd be happy to credit your Filter Easy account for the value of this last order, or we can send a free replacement order for the correct size. I emailed them back and reminded them what their refund policy states:Refund Policy Were here to ensure your satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with the Products for any reason we will refund your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided you request a refund within 30 days of your first delivery. A valid proof of purchase will be required.I informed them that I wanted immediate refund, but I received no response back from this business. Thankfully, my credit card company backed my purchase and refunded the full amount to my account.It is not economical for this company to practice good business practices, or to back a clearly written refund policy.I would purchase your filters somewhere else.
