    This company is a scam and I truly don't give a star, but instead a "ZERO!!!!. In July of 2021 I reach out to the owner and had a signed contract for a logo for my business. I paid the fees associated with cost of creating the logo and I never got the logo or a correspondence from the owner ********************. I reached out several times in regards to the logo. I received and email sating that their systems where down and were unable to send outbound emails. I gave her a few more days to provide a preliminary design and still nothing. In the end I requested a refund and got nothing. I had to go to by banking institution and file a claim of fraud in order to get my money back. Be very weary of this company and its operation.

    I had to give 1 star but I actually give this business ZERO STARS!!!!!!! I used this company before and had no issues! I am a clinic manager for a physician’s office and we needed a logo and business cards I contacted the owner paid all fees. Then no contact for a month regarding my order. Then the 2nd mo I called, left messages, online chats, emails to no avail. Then the owner claims her email was hacked. However she took vacations, heavily documented her travels on social media, but could not contact people who paid her for services. I contacted her in November 2021. Our business opened 12/1/2021 with no business cards. It wasn’t until February that owner resurfaced. She never provided product. I actually had to file an affidavit with my bank to have funds returned. Never got an apology or response to emails! Poor customer service! Beware of scamming gimmicks with this company she will take payment and disappear then return with some lame excuse and not even attempt to come to some resolve to the matter.
