  I had one of the best experience, with how my floor suppose to look and all the the things of taking care of my floor. I Loved the experience and the great hospitality, from the two nicest working ever. ********************* & *************************.

  *****************, I would like to say a little about the work of three young men who came to do our garage, and our deck. These young men is GABE, CALUIN, and ******. These three young men very polite, courtesy and great manners. These guys worked very well together. We were amaze how well they work together. They knew what each one had to do, and they did it. Never heard anyone argue about nothing. It was our honor to know these guys. The company is blessed to have **** good employees like these young men. If I had a company, I would hired them to work for me. But as for the lady who did the schedule needs to work on her attitude. She didn't know a lot about the work and how long it takes to do the job the right way. She was only concern about other customer that they need to get to and not the one they were doing. She acted like her only concern was to hurry up and get the work done and not listen to the ***************** who was the supervisor telling her what he thought they need to do and why. **** was very helpful when he found out that they had messed up the schedule and for all the inconvenience that we went through. We really enjoy our garage floor and our deck. It looks really nice. The only complaint is the lady who i think to go on the job and watch what these guys do their job and what they do. She needs to listen to the supervisor when he tells her something about the job because they are the ones who are dealing with the customer and giving the customer the right decision on what they are doing. When it is all said and do they are there to please the customer and making sure they do the job right, so they don't have to come back to do something that they knew it would and not listening to the supervisor.

  Unprofessional and strangely desperate. Missed a confirmed appointment last Friday without calling to let the homeowner know that they will not be coming, which was rude and unprofessional. Now desperately calling non-stop offering a $500 discount, even after they were asked not to call. Every time I talked to them (which was 3 times to set and confirm the appointment) they asked if there is a man that will be at the house so they can speak to him, even though I repeatedly told them am the only (female) homeowner that makes decisions and writes checks. We are not in ***** where women are disrespected and considered not smart enough to make decisions. We are in America, and I thought this behavior on their behalf was odd at best. Asked them not to call me anymore because I am hiring a different company to do it. They still called me 4 times yesterday and 7 times today in 30 minute increments, had to block their number. Find someone else to do the job.
