    I was impressed that the owner showed up immediately to start the mitigation process. Very pleasant and professional. The project manager was professional yet personable, knowledgeable and guided me step by step through the process.

    Unprofessional, inconsiderate of time, does not provide paperwork to insurance. Appears to have a legitimate practice with the camera assessment and set up but absolutely horrible. **************** and his staff would never be my first choice.

I looked back through or files and it looks like we assisted you with an emergency water damage mitigation in October is 2022. I noticed that you mentioned someone named **************** in your notes. No one by that name has ever worked for our company. Is there a chance that you are mistaking ** for the folks that came in after to do the repairs? Regardless, I'll be following up with you to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
