    I was very disappointed with my visit to ******* Ridge Dentistry. The staff was dishonest with me about if my visit would be covered through my insurance. ******* Ridge Dentistry confirmed prior to their service that a regular cleaning was 100% covered by my insurance and I wouldnt receive any bill. However, five months later I received a bill from them in the mail. I tried to reach out to them because I thought it was just a mistake and they had accidently billed me. Unfortunately, they were very rude with me when I tried to explain to them the situation. They told me that collections will get their money and they didnt care if I understood or not. I dont have the money or time to fight something like this in court, but I just write this to try and prevent someone from making the same mistake I did. I hope this review helps you not have to go through what I did with ******* Ridge Dentistry. I am confident that there are honest dentist offices in the ******* area that dont take advantage of people and I would encourage you to keep looking opposed to allowing ******* Ridge Dentistry to take advantage of you.

    Your insurance said they would pay, but after the claim was filed, they declined to pay in full. This balance does pass to the patient. Deductibles and copays are always the responsibility of the patient.

    My insurance supposed to pay the entire amount of this regular cleaning but you are taking advantage of me also, I asked you to send me a statement has a details about the service and what my insurance paid but what I received is just the total that I owe you. Please send me a statement has all the details about the service I had.
