- If you need to return a case of filters, please notify us at your earliest convenience, and no later than 30 days after receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. When we receive your returned product, if it is still in good condition, we will issue a refund for the price of the items to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
